How Voice Tagging works?

The ForwardingMyCalls’ specific and unique Voice Tagging feature plays a voice message or greets the caller in your own voice when a call comes to the respective extension or from a known number.Your company can have multiple departments, however; the calls can be received by one main phone number. Using Voice Tagging feature, when a call comes, it will be announcing the name and number of the caller in addition to the recorded voice tag, specifying the name of the department for which the call is meant. This creates alertness for the call answering person that the call is exclusively for sales department (for instance) and then the caller will be greeted in addition to either answer the call or let it goes to the voicemail.
